For two decades, I've journeyed through the intricacies of management, from head girl to a corporate manager. Traditional methods felt generic, ineffective and quite frankly no fun!  I read many books, asked many mentors, made many mistakes and at times, felt very alone and overwhelmed. 

Sadly, in my current role as a global consultant and advisor, I see my management journey being repeated more so than ever.

After numerous trials, errors, and breakthroughs, and after advising and building multiple companies and cultures, I now understand the essence of effective people management, so I designed this course to start to fix this problem.
